This is our second stay at the beach house. Again it was really great. The bed is super comfortable and great linen. Had everything we needed. Secure back garden for the dogs to sniff about in. The location is excellent. Quiet and right alone a great walking track. We will return again.

This house is a very tidy house in a great location. It’s our 3rd time staying so that says a lot. There is heaps of cutlery, towels etc. Plenty of games and videos are all on offer. Hosts are very easy to communicate with. Our checkin was very smooth. We have booked again…

Can not recommend Scott & Shelley’s house more our stay was perfect! Communication was great - you can tell they genuinely care about their guests! Everything you need is in the house and the check in special over the weekend is just amazing! Not to mention how close you are to the beach!! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

Such a great location, literally across from beach entrance. Lovely outdoor spots to relax in at back & front of the house. Back garden was really private & secure for the dogs. House was really comfortable. Bed was great with lovely linen. Would highly recommend and will be back ourselves in the future.

Orion Beach House really was as awesome as the reviews say it is. Our boys made good use of the snorkels and boogie boards provided, and everything was clean and well organised. A great space for family holidays.

Book this house! Sparkling clean, fantastic lay out for a group of people. House has everything you need. We sat out the front listening to the ocean for coffee in the morning and wine in the afternoon. We would gravitate out the back and lounge after lunch while the kids played on the grass.
The bay across the road is so pretty and sheltered so kids would go off exploring and we could hear them from the house as such a quiet street.
Beautiful walking path straight out the front.

Super holiday home with a location you cannot beat. It was very spacious, sparkling clean, well designed with a fabulous bunk/rumpus room at rear for the kids to hang out in. Kitchen was very clean and very well equipped. Self contained rear garden for your dog to be safe in. Location was amazing, views from the balcony and Orion beach in your doorstep. A fab walking/bike path in front to access Hyams beach and Huskisson. Lots of care and attention to detail from the owners, thank you!

Scott and Shelley were welcoming, fast communicators and friendly. Check in was smooth and easy. The location was amazing, the beach is right infront of the house and we had the opportunity to spend all our nights watching the glorious sunset on a secluded and private beach. Shops are close by and location is quite central. Beds were comfy and adequate. All towels and blankets were provided for and clean.

Cosy and comfortable beach house, very well equipped. Immaculately clean. My family and I had such a lovely holiday here, I wish we could have stayed longer. The location is amazing, right opposite Orion Beach and the cycle path/walkway up and down Jervis Bay. Flexibility with check in and check out times was a bonus. Highly recommend and thank you to Scott and Shelley for being such welcome and accomodating hosts.

Literally opposite the beach and bike path - stunning views, roomy, well equipped - would definitely come again. Lovely walks and cafes nearby. Whales and dolphins in the bay.

A relaxing home away from home across the road from the beach. The house has plenty of beach bags, hats, snorkel gear & a lemon tree at the back. The dogs loved running around the garden and beach walks at sunrise and sunset. We used the lemons to make smashed avocado on toast. The house has plenty of water bowls which sure the fur babies were always looked after.

The kitchen has everything you can think of, new fridge with ice machine, large toaster & everything you’d expect at home.

We’ve stayed in Vincentia many times along this street and Elizabeth Drive, this house is one of our faves. It’s homely & feels like you have a new little secret.

Thanks to Scott & Shelley, always available on sms or phone and thanks for the local tips of where to walk to the dogs. We will be back again for summer.

Lovely clean homely house with lots of basics to make your stay easy such as paper towel, hand wash, hair dryer, cooking oil. Loved the beach towels, Netflix, great balcony to relax on a y time of the day and all across from the beach. An easy walk to Coles and a beautiful level pathway around Jervis Bay. A great house and location and views plus a host that was easy to communicate with. So relaxing it was hard to get ourselves off the sun lounges on the front verandah. If the wind blows there is a sheltered sun lit back room with comfy chairs to stay warm in. Also only a few steps to a secluded beach and a new pathway for walking, cycling and running. All that you needed and more. Thanks, Scott.

Scott and Shelley - thank you! We had the best stay. The house has absolutely everything; its cosy, well stocked kitchen with plates and cutlery and platters, loads of space, its across the road from the beach and super near the dog beach at Plantation Point (easily walkable). We extended our stay we loved it so much. The hospitality was warm, genuine and informative. Whatever was needed was easily sorted out with a chat. We cannot wait to be back!

We had an amazing time at Scott and Shelleys beautiful beach home. The location is superb, especially wonderful for small children as the beach is literally across the road, and if you need to return to the house, it takes 3 mins to get back! The house is well appointed, fresh linen, towels and beach towels. The Kitchen has everything you need, and the bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and functional. The town of Vincentia is 5 mins drive and has everything you need for your holiday.

Shelley and Scott are expert communicators, even messaging us just before a storm was to hit the area! Their communication was above and beyond what I would have expected and experienced with other Airbnb hosts.

It was the perfect home for our mini vacation over Australia Day, and we definitely hope to return.

Great hosts and such a beautiful location. The little beach across the road, Orions Beach, made it so easy to launch our canoe. The new bike/walk track across the road makes it so easy to access so many other beaches, including Nelson's Beach ("the dog beach"). Scott & Shelley provided snorkeling gear which made for fun off Orions Beach with many fish quite visible. Another highlight was a pod of dolphins coming by on the bay, just while we were enjoying our breakfast on the front verandah table! Very pleasant.

We had a terrific long weekend at Scott and Shelley's place. The house is a very short walk to Orion Beach - a beautiful and secluded spot - and a short drive to Jervis Bay's other beaches. The house slept our group of 11 (9 adults and 2 young kids) easily, felt friendly and relaxed, and had everything we needed for a comfy and enjoyable stay. Fabulous location opposite gorgeous Orion Beach. Scott & Shelley's place is the perfect beach house - beautiful yet relaxed. Stocked with board games, classic old movies, good holiday books. Plenty of room for teenage kids to hang out, while you sip wine on the front deck soaking up the magnificent views of Jervis Bay. A very quiet street, yet close to Vincentia Shops. This will now be our go-to place for a beach getaway in Jervis Bay.

Close enough to shops and the action of Husky as well as the beautiful national parks and beaches of Jervis Bay.

We had a fantastic birthday weekend with everything we needed at Orion Beach House. Early check in and late check out made our commutes from Sydney so much easier!

The house had everything we needed and was ideally placed for walks, beach access and day trips.
